Some people have asked me, "What is a sailing charter?"  The answer is, it is a (simply) purchased scheduled sailboat ride!  I, Captain Louis offers sailboat rides as a service.  All boats are considered to sail when they cast off and leave port, however, from a sailboat perspective, when the sails are hoisted, we are sailing.  Fishing charters are another example, a captain offers his/her service taking folks out on the water to fish from the boat.  We charter the sailboat.

The service I provide is taken in aboard JULIE ANN, a 36ft. sloop, together we enjoy a sailing experience on our daily sail or a picturesque sunset sail.*

 

Price for up to 4 people for 3+ hours is $400.00.   (I am licensed to take up to 6 people but I try to avoid overcrowding for comfort and enjoyment.)

We begin boarding 30 minutes before we cast off.  Everyone should be present 15 min. prior to cast off for the orientation.
